You’re tired of feeling stuck. You want to get past the feelings of overwhelm and find peace again. You are ready to let go of the behaviors and patterns that no longer serve you, and find healthier ways to cope.

If this feels familiar, individual counseling in Denver can help.

How we help

We are passionate about helping individuals and couples thrive in the face of challenges. We love watching them move past what holds them back and into lives and relationships that they truly love. We believe that at its core, connection can be healing, and are committed to providing a safe, non-judgemental space for you. We implement modalities that combine traditional and alternative approaches in order to help you maintain long lasting changes. We specialize in working with individuals and couples using evidence-based modalities such as traditional talk therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP).

If you are struggling to stop negative patterns and behaviors, and feel like you’ve tried over and over again to make changes but they don’t stick, we can help you get to the root of your challenges and make long-lasting changes for the better.

Complete your intake session. Our first session is called an intake session. We will schedule this session for 50 minutes, and will be on Zoom or in-person in Denver. During this time, I will ask questions about your history, get to know you, and help you identify your goals for therapy. In this session, we will make a treatment plan and discuss frequency for continued sessions.

Stick with it! We will leave our first session with identified treatment goals, which will guide our work together. Depending on the treatment plan we agree to, we will meet weekly or biweekly. Frequency of sessions will be an ongoing conversation. We can meet for sessions in person in our Denver office location, or on a secure telehealth platform.
